WHA! magazine is based in Uganda and is to be sold in most outlets around the continent. WHA! magazine is first consolidating a market share in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda and later will cover the whole of Africa.
It is to be released on a quarterly basis thus four issues every year with a content so saturated with a bigger array of issues that happen around Africa.
